Johnson. 🖋️El Stoke City FC se disputa con el Nottingham Forest el título de ser el club más antiguo del mundo, remontando sus orígenes al año 1863, como como Tripton Shen Rumbles F.C., aunque realmente su fundación parece datar de 1867, con el nombre ya de Stoke Ramblers. En 1878 el Stoke Ramblers se fusionó con el Stoke Victoria Athletic Club para convertirse en el Stoke Football Club, pasando en 1925 a su denominación actual de Stoke City F. C.
